This section mentions cancellation, shipping, return, replacement & refund policy

Cancellation

An order once placed, can be cancelled only till the time it is not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.

In case of prepaid orders, if the customer cannot collect the order from the delivery partners, courier charges for sending and returning the parcel, as well as the packaging/handling charges will be deducted from the order amount before processing the refund.





Shipping Policy

Once an order has been received, it will be shipped in 1-2 working days from our side and usually product is delivered in 2-7 days. In case there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances incurred during shipping, such information will be shared with the customer along with updated timelines.

Standard delivery charges apply as per the courier/delivery partner. Delivery charges can be checked at the time of placing an order for the particular item.

Express shipping option is available for eligible pincodes and eligible products. Extra charges are applicable for express shipping as per courier partner policies.

Delivery time (in case of standard or express delivery) depends on the courier partner. Such information will be available at the time of placing an order. If there is a delay in delivery due to uncontrollable reason or any other reason, it will be duly communicated to the customer along with updated timelines.

If an order qualifies for the free standard shipping, such information will be displayed at the time of placing an order.

Returns

The return on any order will be entertained only if the item delivered is defected, damaged or in unusable condition. If a return is required, it should be communicated within the stipulated time from the day of delivery.

In case of manufacturing defects, return will be processed if such issue has been communicated to us within 10 days of delivery of the product.

In case of a defect-in-transit, return will be processed if such issue has been communicated to us within 2 days of delivery of the product.

If there is a defect in the product received but the same has not been communicated to us within stipulated time then the customer will be required to take this up with the product brand directly.

Important: due to the COVID 19 outbreak we have temporarily changed our return and replacement policy. The updated policy states as follows:

There is no provision of return or applying for a replacement of certain items to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Any items belonging to apparel, shoes, or any such category of items of strictly personal use falls under this policy.

Replacement

An item will be replaced if it is returned with proper tags, seals and product packaging. Before issuing a replacement, the customer claim/reason for asking for replacement will be verified. Once approved, then only replacement will be issued.



Refund

The refund for eligible items* will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item. The refund will be processed to the payment source used at the time of placing the order. Depending on the payment, it can take a few extra working days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

An order is eligible for one-time refund only. Multiple refunds cannot be processed on a single order. 

An item will be considered eligible for refund in the following condition.

The item received is damaged, defected or unusable. The item is returned within stipulated time with proper tags, seals and product packaging. The claim of the customer is verified on the returned item. The replacement of the item is not possible.

An item will not be considered eligible for refund in the following condition.

Customer did not like the item after the purchase. The item has been wrongly purchased by the customer. The item returned is used. The item returned does not have proper product packaging or seal or tags. The claim of the customer cannot be verified on the returned item due to any other reason.

Miscellaneous return/replacement/refund

If the return/replacement/refund is required and approved, but the mistake is on the part of the customer then in this case, both side courier charges and packaging/handling charges will have to be borne by the customer. If a refund is to be processed, then it will be processed after deducting such charges. If a replacement is to be given, such charges will have to be paid by the customer.

Products purchased during a Sale might not be eligible for return/replacement/refund. If this is a condition for any sales, it will be displayed as a note/message while purchasing any product as a part of the sale.
